No.738-6B, 1185-1B, 1189-1A and 1189-2A of Mulakaledu 2 Village, Settur Mandal, Ananthapuramu District from the Respondent No.6 and her henchmen as illegal and unconstitutional as per Art.21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondent No.3, 4 and 5 to take steps for providing protection to the life of the petitioner and his staff at quarry site situated in Sy. No.738-6B, 1185-1B, 1189-1A and 1189-2A of of an extent of 2.000 Hectares of Mulakaledu Village, Settur Mandal, Ananthapuramu District from the Respondent No.6 and her henchmen in pursuance of the F.I.R.
