This petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents to execute the order dated 19.08.2019 passed by Assistant Collector (Fast Track), Dudu, Jaipur in Revenue Suit No.190/2011 in favour of the petitioner and to remove the encroachment made by the private respondents. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on 15.07.2020, a letter was issued by Assistant Collector (Fast Track), Dudu, Jaipur to the Tehsildar to comply with the order dated 19.08.2019 and again on 04.06.2024 a letter has been issued by Sub Divisional Officer and Sub Divisional Magistrate, Mozmabad, District Jaipur to the Tehsildar to execute the order dated 19.08.2019, however, the same has not been complied with yet. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this petition be disposed of at this stage with a direction to the respondent-State to execute the order dated 19.08.2019 in a time bound manner. 4. In that view of the matter, the petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent-State to execute the order dated 19.08.2019 in letter and spirit, within six months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. 5.
