Books Rules, 1989 consequently, direct the(Rights in Land) and Pattadar passrespondents to conduct survey, demarcation and fixation of boundaries and mutate the petitioners name in the revenue records in Sy. No. 184, Ac. 0.58 cents and Sy. The present writ petition is filed seeking the following relief “…to issue a nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not F-Line Application No. DER012501569274, dated NO.TMUT250909044408, and considering the petitioners 09.09.2025 and Mutation Application TMUT250909042274, dated 09.09.2025 for rectification of online entries in 1- and Adangal Pahani connected to my total lands of the survey, B(ROR) demarcation, and fixation of boundaries, and for mutation of petitioner name the records in Sy. T.K.Padmaja Devi, learned counsel for petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents. 3. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner filed an F-Line application on 09.09.2025, but the respondents are not considering the same 4. After notice, learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for respondents, on instructions, submits that the said application has been considered and rejected by the endorsement dated 26.09.2025. DR,J W.P.No.29716 of 2025 5. In view of the said circumstances, as the prayer in the writ petition is already been considered by the respondents, nothing survives in this writ petition. 6. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed giving liberty to the petitioner to approach appropriate forum if so aggrieved by the order.
