The present writ petition has been filed seeking to quash the recovery certificate dated 20.01.2025 issued by the Tehsildar, Bulandshahar and demand notice dated 09.04.2024 issued by the Executive Engineer, Pashchimanchal Vidhut Vitran Nigam Limited, Vidhut Nagriya Vitran Khand Hydil Colony, Bulandshahar and also for a direction to the respondents not to compel the petitioner to deposit the amount shown in the recovery certificate dated 20.01.2025 issued by the Tehsildar, Bulandshahar and demand notice dated 09.04.2024. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that a fresh opportunity has been given to the petitioner to appear on 15.05.2025 for the purpose of carrying out final assessment. In the light of the same, the writ petition is allowed and the recovery certificate dated 20.01.2025 issued by the Tehsildar, Bulandshahar and the demand notice dated 09.04.2024 issued by the Executive Engineer, Pashchimanchal Vidhut Vitran Nigam Limited, Vidhut Nagriya Vitran Khand Hydil Colony, Bulandshahar are quashed and set aside. The concerned authority is directed to grant an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner on the date fixed as indicated above and thereafter pass a reasoned order in accordance with law.
