ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“.... to issue writ or order more particularly one in the nature of WRIT CF MANDAMUS declaring the action of the 3rd respondent, allegedly on the basis of a representation made by respondents 4 and 5, in compelling the petitioner to appear before the police authorities for settlement of civil disputes despite the pendency of civil and criminal cases, as illegal, arbitrary and violative of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and the principles laid down by the Honble Supreme Court and this Honble Court and consequently direct the 1

respondent to initiate disciplinary action against 2ND 3RD respondents and to direct 3RD respondent as to not to harass the petitioner by demanding him to appear before the respondent offices”
2. Heard Sri Raja Manuri Venkata Sumanth, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Md.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.
3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that there is no Circle Inspector is available in Tirupathi by the name Sri Siva Reddy.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the respondent- police insisted the petitioner to appear before the police station and are interfering the in the civil disputes the parties.
5. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the police are directed not to call the petitioner to the police station and they are further directed not to interfere in the civil disputes between the parties except under due process of law. There shall be no order as to costs.
