The petitioner has preferred present writ petition inter-alia with the prayer to quash the order dated 18.01.2024 passed by the respondent no.3-District Panchayat Raj Officer, District Varanasi. 2. The instruction dated 20.01.2025 under signature of District Panchayat Raj Officer, Varanasi was placed before the Court, same is taken on record. 3. It is stated in the aforesaid instruction that after the aforesaid show cause notice was issued to the petitioner, a recovery certificate has also been issued by the District Panchayat Raj Officer, Varanasi to the Additional District Magistrate (Finance and Revenue), Varanasi on 20.07.2024. Copy of the same is provided to the counsel for the petitioner. 4. After going through the same, a prayer has been made by counsel for the petitioner to dismiss present writ petition as not pressed with liberty to file fresh writ petition. 5.
