By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution petitioner has prayed for relief against the Northern Central Railways, Prayagraj Division for disbursement of compensation in respect of accidental death of his father who was working on the post of Trackman. 3. In the considered view of the Court Railways since stand notified under Section 14 of the Central Administrative Tribunal Act, 1985 petitioner should first exhaust remedy before the Central Administrative Tribunal Act, if so advised. 4. In view of the above, I decline to grant indulgence in the matter at this stage. 5. Petition is thus, consigned to records with the aforesaid liberty.
