GP FOR HOUSING The Court made the following: ORDER The above writ petition was filed challenging the dismissal of the petitioner from the service by the 3rd respondent vide Proceedings No.5448/APSCHL/Vig(3)/PKM/2007 dated 15.03.2008 confirmed by the 2nd respondent vide Memo No.5448/APSCHL/Vig(3)/PKM/2007, dated 01.07.2008 and further confirmed by the 1st respondent’s proceedings vide Memorandum No.2427/Vig.Cell/2008-3, dated 21.01.2009, as illegal and arbitrary. 2. The writ petition was admitted on 23.03.2013. Thereafter the matter was referred to National Lok Adalat, however, the same was not settled and hence, the matter was directed to be listed before the Court. The writ petition was listed on 14.11.2025 and on that day none appeared for the petitioner. Thereafter the matter was listed on 28.11.2025 and none appeared for the petitioner. Thereafter, the matter was listed on 05.12.2025, 12.12.2025 and 19.12.2025 and there was no representation for the petitioner on the said dates. Even today also, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. It seems that the petitioner is not evincing any interest to prosecute the writ petition. 3. In view of the same, the writ petition is Dismissed for Non- Prosecution. No costs.
