Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the records. 2. This writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs:- "i) issue writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari calling for record and quash the order dated 24.02.2025 passed by respondent no. 2 (Annexure No. 2 to the writ petition); (ii) issue writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari calling for record and quash the order dated 03.01.2025 passed by respondent no. 3 (Annexure No. 1 to the writ petition);" 3. A preliminary objection has been raised by learned counsel for the Gaon Sabha as well as learned Standing Counsel that against the orders impugned, the petitioner has alternative remedy of filing a revision under the provisions of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. 4. In view of above, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter. 5.
