Shop dealer of F.P. Shop No. 1344027 of Nandavaram Village Banaganapalli MandalNandyal district as illegal, arbitrary and against the principles of natural justice and also violation of Articles 14,19,21 and 300-A of Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents 2 to 3 to appoint the petitioner as fair price shop dealer under as per the petitioner representation dated 07.11.2023 in the interest of justice, and pass….” 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Civil Supplies. 3. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner has stated that pending the writ petition the petitioner was already appointed as fair price shop dealer. As such, no further cause survives in this writ petition. 4. Recording the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is closed.
