Mr. Shrey Singh, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, his client lodged complaint dated 18th November, 2024 with respondent no.4 (the Reserve Bank of India). By communication dated 21st March, 2025, the complaint was rejected. He seeks interference. 2. On query he submits, in event his client is to re-lodge the complaint, prescribed procedure has to again be complied with. That has already been done. His client is ready to provide answer to the requisition made in the rejection. 3. Mr. Ashok Bhattnagar, learned advocate appears on behalf of respondent nos. 2 and 3 and submits, the complaint does not bear any substance and was correctly rejected. 4. Petitioner will answer the requisition made by impugned rejection dated 21st March, 2025. The particulars required are to be communicated to respondent no.4 along with certified copy of this order. Copy of the particulars be also marked to respondent nos. 2 and 3. 5. Respondent no.4 on receipt of the particulars will revisit the complaint without requiring petitioner to make fresh complaint. 6.
