The instant criminal misc. petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 528 of the B.N.S.S for modification of the order dated 16.10.2024 passed in Cr. Appeal (D.B) No. 1083 of 2024, wherein it has been contended that in the absence of the specific time for surrendering of the petitioner, the petitioner has not surrendered before the appropriate Court, as such the present petition has been filed for modification of the said order by granting two weeks time to surrender so as to furnish the bail bond. 2. Considering the reasons assigned in the Criminal Miscellaneous petition, the order dated 16.10.2024 passed in Cr. Appeal (D.B) No. 1083 of 2024 is modified to the extent that the petitioner will surrender before the learned Court below within two ( 2025:JHHC:25463-DB ) 2 weeks from today and thereafter, he will be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond. 3. The remaining part of the order 16.10.2024 passed in Cr. Appeal (D.B) No. 1083 of 2024 shall remain intact. 4.
