This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode). 2. Since these four bail applications arise out of one and same case record, the same are heard together and disposed of by this common order with the consent of the learned counsel for the parties. 3. These are the bail applications U/S.483 of BNSS by the petitioners for grant of bail in connection with Cyber Crime & Economic Offences, Keonjhar PS Case No.31 of 2024 corresponding to GR Case No.1174 of 2024 pending in the file of learned JMFC, Barbil, for commission of offences punishable U/Ss.318(4)/ 319(2)/ 336(3) of BNS r/w Section 66-D of IT Act, on the main allegation of cheating the informant for a sum of Rs.38,88,000/- on the pretext of receiving the amount and investing in share trading. 4. Heard, Mr. Prasanta Kumar Sahoo, learned counsel for the petitioner in BLAPL No.6669 of 2025; Mr. Sidhant Kumar Jena, learned counsel for the petitioner appearing virtually in BLAPL No.6827 of 2025; Mr. Sandeep Raj Panda, learned counsel for the petitioner in BLAPL No.7238 of 2025; Mr. Debendra Kumar Dhar, learned counsel for the petitioner in BLAPL No.7277 of 2025 and Mr. A. Pradhan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor in the matter and perused the record. 5. After having considered the rival submissions and taking into consideration the nature and gravity of the offences as alleged against the petitioners vis-à-vis the accusations sought to be brought against them and regard being had to the pre-trial detention of the petitioners in custody since 24.05.2025 with submission of charge-sheet in the meantime and taking into account the other circumstances on record in entirety and following the well-recognized principle “bail is the rule, but jail is the exception” and keeping in view grant of bail to co-accused persons namely Harischandra Yadav @ Haria @ Harish Chandra Yadav, Biswaprakash Mohapatra, Snehashis Bal, Jamil Akhtar @ Quadri, Suvendu Behera and Md. Anwar in BLAPL Nos.4524, 5010, 6152, 6271, 6311 and 7385 of 2025, this Court without expressing any view on merits admits each of the petitioners to bail. 6. Hence, these four bail applications of the petitioners namely Sk. Mustaquin, Sk. Saif Quadri in BLAPL No.6669 of 2025; Sadre Alam in BLAPL No.6827 of 2025; Punit Kumar in BLAPL No.7238 of 2025 and Amit Gochhayat, Amal Kumar Naik in BLAPL No.7277 of 2025 are allowed and each of the petitioners is allowed to go on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand) with two solvent sureties for the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned Court in seisin of the case on such terms and conditions as deem fit and proper by it. 7.
