This Contempt petition has been preferred by applicant under Article 215 of the Constitution of India read with Section 11/12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for non-compliance of the order dated 01.8.2024 (Annexure-C/1) passed in WP(S) No.5854/2014. 2 2. Learned counsel for the applicant would submit that the order under contempt dated 01.8.2024 (Annexure-C/1) passed by this Court in WP(S) No.5854/2014 has been complied with, as applicant has been joined service in compliance of the order (Annexure R/2-1) dated 20.1.2025. She would further submit that the other parts of the order of the Court have also been addressed in order (Annexure R/2-1), therefore, applicant is fully satisfied with the compliance. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents no.2 & 3 also his support to the contention made by learned counsel for the applicant. 4. Having considered the contentions of learned counsel for both the parties, since the order under contempt has been complied with, therefore, no case of contempt is made out against the respondents. 5.
