Neutral Citation No. - 2025:AHC:57151 Court No. - 5 Case :- WRIT - A No. - 4903 of 2025 Petitioner :- Sunil Kumar Respondent :- M/S Indian Bank And Another Counsel for Petitioner :- Shiv Sagar Singh Counsel for Respondent :- Pashupati Nath Tripathi Hon'ble Ajay Bhanot,J. The petitioner has preferred an appeal before the appellate authority/respondent No.2-Deputy General Manager against the order of punishment dated 24.09.2024 passed by the Deputy Zonal Manager (AGM) and Disciplinary Authority, Noida but the same has not been decided till date. The only prayer made by Shri Shiv Sagar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner is that the appeal of the petitioner may be decided within a stipulated period of time. Shri Pashupati Nath Tripathi, leaned counsel for the respondents submits that the matter requires factual determination as per applicable law by the appellate authority in the first instance. He, however, fairly contends that the appeal of the petitioner is liable to be decided by the competent authority within a reasonable time frame. In the wake of submissions made by the parties, and without going into the merits of the case, the respondent No.2-Deputy General Manager/appellate authority, M/s Indian Bank, HRM Department, Corporate Office at AI, Sanghuman Salai, Via Royapeeth, Chennai, shall decide the appeal of the petitioner as per law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition is finally disposed of. Order Date :- 17.4.2025 Ashish Tripathi Digitally signed by :- ASHISH NAYAN TRIPATHI High Court of Judicature at Allahabad
