MCC No. 902 of 2025
2. From perusal of the said communication, it appears that in WPS No. 2487 of 2025 and other connected cases, there was a direction to respondent/ Director, Medical Education to consider and decide the respective representation of the petitioners within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. However, the representations have not been decided till date and a communication was sent by the Director, Medical Education seeking extension of time for compliance of the order 15.04.2025 passed in WPS No. 2487 of 2025 and other connected matters.
3. The communication sent by the State authority directly to the Registrar of High Court is not the proper procedure for seeking extension of time for compliance of order passed by this Court in any proceeding. State should file proper application for extension of time through the office of Advocate General for extension of time if any for compliance of directions issued by the High Court.
4. Hence, the Registry is directed to return the original PUD to the concerned authority after retaining a photocopy of the same.
5. The MCC is disposed off with the aforesaid direction.
