Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners and the learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the State- respondents. 2. This is a writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India wherein the petitioners are aggrieved by the inaction on part of the respondent authority in deciding the representation dated 02.01.2025 pending before respondent no.2. 3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that raising their grievances the petitioners has filed the aforesaid representation before the respondent authority, however the same has not yet been decided. 4. Upon due consideration, we are of the view that the respondent no.2 should be directed to pass a reasoned order upon the representation of the petitioners. 5. Accordingly, the respondent no.2/Divisional Director, Social Forestry Division, Ballia, is directed to pass a reasoned order upon the aforesaid representation of the petitioner in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from date after granting an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners. 6.
