ORDER:
The present writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief:
“to issue an appropriate Writ or Writs, Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring action of the 2nd Respondent neither considering the Petitioner’s representation Dt.26-09-2025 nor intimating status of the same; is as illegal, arbitrary and violative of Article 14 and 300-A of the Constitution of India; and consequently directing the 2nd Respondent to dispose of the Petitioner’s representation Dt.26-09- 2025 within a timeframe by giving affordable opportunity of hearing as per procedure established under Law and pass…”(in verbatim)
2. This Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondent authorities to consider the petitioner’s representation dated 26.09.2025 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of two (2) months, by affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.
3. With the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no
order as to costs.
Consequently, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
