JUSTICE B M SHYAM PRASAD) The learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a memo for withdrawal which reads as under: "The undersigned counsel for the Petitioner most respectfully submits as follows: The above Writ Petition has been field challenging the Order dated 31.01.2018 passed by the Hon'ble Karnataka State Administrative Tribunal in Application No.7851/2014. However, the Government has already approached the Hon'ble High Court with W.P.No.23708/2018 seeking to quash the same, which was dismissed on 04.07.2019. In pursuance to the same, the Karnataka Lokayukta vide Letter No.LOK/LC/KAT- 37/2014-15 dated 05.06.2025 has instructed the undersigned to Withdraw the instant Writ Petition. Copy of the said Letter is produced herewith.
