Raghunandan Rao) The appellant herein had approached this Court, by way of W.P.No.17292 of 2025, being aggrieved by the endorsement, dated 30.06.2025, issued by the 4th respondent, to the effect that the appellant, who was an assignee to an extent of Ac.3.02 cents of land in Sy.No.102-4 of Yerragudipalli Village, Pulivendula Mandal, YSR Kadapa District, had violated the conditions of assignment and such an endorsement requires to be set aside. A learned Single Judge of this Court, dated 10.07.2025, had disposed of the Writ Petition, with a direction to the respondents to follow due process of law as contemplated under Act 9 of 1977 and to maintain status-quo till then. 2. Aggrieved by this order, the appellant moved the present Writ Appeal, before this Court. 3. It is now stated that the process of assignment of land has been completed as the Tahsildar had passed an order of resumption. It is also submitted that a statutory appeal has already been filed against the order of resumption. 4. In the circumstances, nothing further survives in this Writ Appeal, and it is disposed of, with a liberty to the appellant to pursue his appeal, filed against the order of resumption. In the circumstances, the Appellate Authority 4 RRR, J & TCDS, J W.A.No.914 of 2025 shall dispose of the Appeal, within a period of four (04) months from the date of receipt of this order.
