Dhakad, PP HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPMAN Order 23/01/2025 The instant application seeking correction/modification in the order dated 15.01.2025 has been filed on behalf of the petitioner. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that in the order dated 15.01.2025, inadvertently, date of arrest has been wrongly shown as 28.03.2024 but correct date of arrest of the petitioner is 25.05.2024. He further submits that it is wrongly mentioned in the order that “other co-accused have stated that they were going to deliver contraband to the petitioner”, in place of “other co-accused have stated that alleged contraband was provided to them by the petitioner.” He prays that order dated 15.01.2025 may kindly be modified/corrected accordingly. I have heard and perused the material available on record. [2025:RJ-JP:3603] (2 of 2) [CRLMA-45/2025] The prayer so made is justified. Accordingly, it is directed that in the order dated 15.01.2025, date of arrest of the petitioner recorded as ‘28.03.2024’ be replaced with ‘25.05.2024’. Similarly, submission recorded in para No.2 of order that “other co-accused have stated that they were going to deliver contraband to the petitioner”, be replaced with “other co-accused have stated that alleged contraband was provided to them by the petitioner.” This order shall be treated as part and parcel of the order dated 15.01.2025.
