This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“.... a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondent authorities to register a proper and comprehensive FIR against all persons involved in the offences disclosed in the petitioner's complaint, including respondent 4 and 5 those

who subsequently threatened and criminally intimidated the petitioner, namely Sub- Inspector Ravi Teja and Sub-Inspector Pendam Prakash Rao, and to conduct a fair, thorough, and impartial investigation into the entire matter, and Further direct the concerned authorities to take departmental disciplinary action and as well as criminal action against the said police officials Respondent 4 and 5 i.e, namely Sub-Inspector Ravi Teja and Sub-Inspector Pendam Prakash Rao, for misuse of official power, intimidation, and dereliction of duty, and to transfer the Investigation to an independent agency as such the Hon'ble Court thinks deem fit and Direct the respondent authorities to provide immediate police protection to the petitioner and his property in Flat No. 301, Sankalp Apartments, Gollapudi, Vijayawada, to secure his life, liberty, and possession pending investigation.”

Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that, based on the complaint given by the Petitioner, a case in Crime No.500 of 2025 on the file of Bhavanipuram Police Station, NTR Commissionerate for the offences under Sections 329(4) and 351(2) of BNS has been registered. 3.
Sri Shaik Abdul Siddiq, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that, recording the same, the petition may be disposed of. 4. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
