Vide the judgment of the writ Court, the respondents were directed to reconvene the Medical Board for re-examination of the petitioner and offer him appointment, if he is found fit to perform the duties of Constable (GD), in terms of revised guidelines of 2015. 2. Mr. Vishal Sharma, learned DSGI appearing for the respondents has produced a communicated dated 05.02.2026, addressed to him by the Inspector Serial No. 70 Regular List CCP(S) No.82/2025 General (IG), BSF, Jammu along with enclosures, wherein it has been stated that a review medical examination of the petitioner was conducted and he was found fit. It has further been submitted that the case of the petitioner for his appointment is under process. 3. In view of the above, the directions of the writ Court stand complied with.
