In para 28 of the memorandum of petition, it is stated that the petitioners have been wrongfully prosecuted in the Domestic Violence case and are being harassed for the past ten years, i.e. from 2015. 3. The petitioners who are respondents No.1 and 2 before the Trial Court, are before this Court seeking speedy disposal and direction to the learned Metropolitan Magistrate Traffic-Court-V, Bangalore to dispose of C.Misc. No.172/2015, in a time bound manner in next 3 months. Hence, there is urgency in this case. 4. The respondent has filed a memo. 5. Even after lapse of 10 years the case is pending. - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:54780 CRL.P No. 17527 of 2025 6. I have perused the entire order sheet pertaining to C.Misc.172/2015. On perusal of the order sheet, it is just and proper to direct the trial Court to dispose of the case within 6 months. 7. Accordingly, I proceed to pass the following: ORDER. i) The petition is allowed; ii) The trial Court is directed to dispose of the case within 6 months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order; iii) The Registry directed to send a copy of this order to the trial Court for taking necessary steps.
