/2022-23 dated 26-08- 2022 with regard to completion of the work of Providing approach road to Kothapatnam Layout colony of Kothapatnam (V) Kothapatnam (M) admittedly completed by the petitioner as unjust, illegal, irregular, highhanded, mala fide and arbitrary, without any reason or ground and violation of principles of natural justice and violation of fundamental rights guaranteed under the Articles 14, 21 and 191 g of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents to pay or release the net amount of Rs.5,12,382/- Rupees five Lakhs twelve thousand three hundred eighty two only out of the gross amount of Rs.5,97,148/- relating to outstanding final bill in respect of aforesaid contract work to the petitioner forthwith in the interest of justice and pass. ORDER:
Non payment of bill amount to the petitioner for providing approach road to Kothapatnam Layout colony of Kothapatnam Village and Mandal, is the grievance of the petitioner.
2. Heard Sri Ch.Ravi Kumar, learned counsel representing Sri Nuvvula Ram Babu, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri K.Mallikarjuna Murthuy, learned Standing Counsel for Housing Corporation for the respondents.
3. Learned Standing Counsel on written instructions dated 30.12.2025 submitted that that the bill amount, which is now claimed by the petitioner is admitted by the respondents and they are ready and willing to process

the same and pay the amount, however, sought eight weeks time for such payment.
4. To the said submission, learned counsel for the petitioner reported no objection.
5. Taking into consideration, the submissions of both the learned counsel, as the authorities are ready to pay the net amount to the petitioner, this Court is inclined to dispose of the Writ Petition at admission stage.
6. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. The respondents are
directed to release the admitted/legally entitled amount to the petitioner at the earliest and at any rate, within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed. _____________________________
