With respect to applicant No.1-Sunderlal S/o Manistar, a report has been submitted by the Station House Officer, Police Station, Malkharoda, that the applicant No.1-Sunderlal has died on 30.07.2023. Along with report, a copy of death certificate of deceased Sunderlal has also been annexed. Since the applicant No.1-Sunderlal has died and no representation has been made on his behalf, even no application has been filed to continue the revision on his behalf, the present revision on behalf of applicant No.1-Sunderlal stands abated.
