In pursuance to the previous order passed by this Court, Sri Narendra Kumar Tiwari, Advocate has obtained instructions and on the basis of his instructions states that an order dated 28.4.2025 has been passed by the Executive Engineer, i.e., opposite party no. 2 dismissing the representation of the applicant. The order has also been handed over to the Court which is taken on record and shall form part of the records of the case. As the order passed by the Writ Court has been complied by the opposite party, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt application.
