Learned counsel for petitioner fairly submits that, during pendency of this writ petition, impugned suspension order dated 08.11.2024 has now been withdrawn and petitioner has been reinstated in service with salary vide order dated 09.05.2025, which is a part of counter affidavit. 3. Learned counsel further submits that aforesaid order dated 09.05.2025 has not been complied with since salary has not paid during period petitioner was under suspension. 4. Learned counsel for respondents submits that order dated 09.05.2025 will be complied with in its letter and spirit and salary of petitioner for suspension period, if already not paid, shall be paid within a short period. 5. Considering aforesaid submissions, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction that salary of petitioner for suspension period be paid in accordance with law within a short period.
