It appears that neither Hidco nor State of West Bengal filed any affidavit-in-opposition against the writ petition. Considering the submission, let the affidavit-in- opposition filed by State as well as the Hidco be placed on record positively within two weeks after Puja vacation. 2 The State as well as the Hidco is directed to serve an advance copy of the affidavit-in-opposition prior to the Puja vacation. On such, the petitioner shall have leave to file reply against those affidavits within second week of November, 2025. Let the matter appear in the list on 18th November, 2025 under the same heading.
