The Court made the following Order:
The present contempt case is filed alleging violation of the orders dated 08.03.2017 in W.P No.4687 of 2016.
2. While disposing of the said writ petition, a direction was issued to the respondent No.2 therein to comply with the order passed by the respondent No.1 therein passed in G.O.Ms. No.107 dated 23.12.2015, complete the enquiry and pass final order, after giving due opportunity to the petitioner and respondent Nos.5 to 13 therein, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of the order.
3. On 30.10.2025, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Therefore, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption “for Dismissal”.
4. Today also there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. It appears that subsequent to filing of the contempt case, the orders passed in the writ petition referred to above are complied with and therefore, the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the present contempt case.
5. In the aforementioned circumstances, this Contempt Case is closed. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. __________________________
