This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…to issue order or direction more particularly in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the Respondents 3 to 5, who has harassing the petitioner by directing the petitioner to attend to the Respondent No.5 police station, to settle the matrimonial disputes with the Respondent No.6 as illegal, arbitrary, violation of Principles of Natural Justice and violation of Articles 14,19(l)(g) and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents authorities not to interfere into life and liberty of the petitioner's without following due process of law and pass such other order or orders may deem fit and to pass such other order or orders…”

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner also heard Sri. Ajay Babu learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home representing the respondent Nos.1 to 5. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Respondent Nos.3 to 5 are harassing the petitioner by directing him to attend to the police station to settle the matrimonial disputes with the Respondent No.6. 4. The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that basing on the report given by the respondent No.6, respondent No.5 called the petitioner several times only for the purpose
of enquiry regarding the complaint which is given by the respondent No.6, but the petitioner did not choose to appear. 5. Recording the submission of learned Assistant Government Pleader, this writ petition is disposed of. The police are directed not to call the petitioner to the police station without following due process of law. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. _________________________________________
