Heard Ms.Aishwarya Nagula, learned counsel for the petitioner and Ms. K.Priyanka Lakshmi, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that a Non-Bailable Warrant has been issued against the petitioner for his absence before the Court on the day when the witness was recalled for cross examination. Learned counsel would further submit that the recall petition is pending before the Court, and therefore, a direction may be given to the Court to decide their application as expeditiously as possible. 4. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders. 5. Considering the submissions, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. However, the learned trial Judge is directed to disposed of the application i.e., 4 Crl.M.P.No.1398 of 2025 according to law, within a period of one (01) week from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
