ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer:
“…to issue a writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction on the part of the respondent Nos.2 to 4 in responding to the petitioner's complaints dt. 21.11.2022 & 28.12.2022 with regard to the high handed behavior and acts of the persons mentioned in the said complaints in occupying the residential house of petitioner and her family members without any right or interest as illegal, arbitrary and violative of principles of natural justice and consequently direct the respondents to take appropriate action against the persons mentioned in the said complaints and safeguard the rights of the petitioner in the interest of justice and.…”

When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri V.Farook, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that basing on the complaint made by the petitioner, a case was registered in Cr.No.03 of 2023 under Sections 448, 323, 506 r/w 34 of IPC of Gopalapuram P.S.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that recording the same, the petition may be disposed of.
4. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no
order as to costs.
