He submitted that, by filing repeated proceedings before this Court, Applicant is causing sheer harassment to his clients. 3) Mr.Kudle, learned Advocate appearing for Applicant on instructions submitted that, for condonation of the said delay, Applicant will pay a cost of Rs.2,500/- to the Kirtikar Law Library, High Court, Mumbai within a period of two weeks from the date of uploading of the present Order on the official website of High Court, Mumbai. The said statement is accepted as an undertaking given to this Court. 4) Subject to payment of the aforestated cost to the said Library, delay is condoned and Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).
