Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors.; SB Civil Writ Petition No.19096/2024, decided on 20th February, 2025 along with other connected writ petition. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners has prayed that the present petition may be decided in the light of the above cited judgment. 3. Learned counsel for the respondents has raised no objection to the prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioners. 4. In view of above, the present petition is disposed of with the direction that the ratio encapsulated in Krishan Kumar Sharma & Ors. (supra), be made equally applicable to the petitioners herein. 5.
