ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“.... a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents more particularly the action of the respondent No. 6 in calling the petitioner and her family - members to the police Station-at the instance of 7th respondent and threatening to handover the house of the petitioner without any authority or

jurisdiction and thereby causing interference in the civil matters pending for
consideration in O.S.No.40/2021 on the file of the Junior Civil Judge, Dhannavaram as being illegal, arbitrary, malafide, unjust, highhanded, unconstitutional and violative of Article 19, 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India Human Rights and, violation of Principles of Natural Justice and. without. any notice violative of Judgments of the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India and this Hon'ble High Court and consequentially direct the respondents not to interfere with the possession and enjoyment of the Petitioner in respect of the above land and House and take action against the 6th respondent for interfering in the civil disputes violating the law laid down by the Hon'ble Constitutional Courts.”
2. Sri P.Sree Ramulu Naidu, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that the Police are calling the Petitioner to the Police Station and interfering in the civil disputes between the Petitioner and the unofficial Respondent.
3. Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that the Police neither called the Petitioner to the Police Station nor interfered with the civil disputes between the Petitioner and the unofficial Respondent.
4. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Police not to summon the Petitioner to the Police Station without there being any crime registered against him and not to interfere in the civil disputes between the Petitioner and the unofficial Respondent. There shall be no order as to costs.
