Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ or direction declaring 1) the Notice issued by the 4th respondent in Roc No. 204/2025/SA dated 22.09.2025 under Sec 6 of Andhra Pradesh Land Encroachment Act, 1905 and 2) the Notice issued by the 4th respondent in Rc No. 204/2025/CS dated 23.07.2025 under Section 7 of the Andhra Pradesh Land Encroachment Act, 1905 stating that the petitioner was found in unauthorized occupation of Government land to

an extent of Ac 0.015 cents out of Ac 0.74 cents situated in Sy No. 198-2 of Neelavathi Village, Gantyada Mandal, Vizianagaram District and trying to evict the petitioner as illegal, arbitrary, contrary to law and one without jurisdiction and consequently set aside the same.

ORDER:
The present Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:
“…to issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ or direction declaring 1) the Notice issued by the 4th respondent in Roc No.204/2025/SA dated 22.09.2025 under Sec.6 of Andhra Pradesh Land Encroachment Act, 1905 and 2) the Notice issued by the 4th respondent in Rc.No.204/2025/CS dated 23.07.2025 under Section 7 of the Andhra Pradesh Land Encroachment Act, 1905 stating that the petitioner was found in unauthorized occupation of Government land to an extent of Ac 0.015 cents out of Ac.0.74 cents situated in Sy.No.198-2 of Neelavathi Village, Gantyada Mandal, Vizianagaram District and trying to evict the petitioner as illegal, arbitrary, contrary to law and one without jurisdiction and consequently set aside the same and pass such other
order or orders ….”
2. Learned Assistant Government Pleader would submit that a Writ Petition with similar relief as prayed for in the present Writ Petition was dismissed by this Court vide order dated 24.10.2025 in W.P.No.27606 of 2025.
3. In view of the submission made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader, the present Writ Petition is dismissed in terms of the order and for the reasons recorded in W.P.No.27606 of 2025 dated

24.10.2025. Office is directed to attach a copy of the order of this Court dated 24.10.2025 in W.P.No.27606 of 2025 to this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, Interlocutory Applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
