GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: THE HONOURABLE DR JUSTICE VENKATA JYOTHIRMAI PRATAPA WRIT PETITION NO: 26307/2023 ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “…to issue an appropriate writ or order or a direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDMUS declaring the action of the respondents more particularly respondent No.5 in interfering in the civil disputes as is illegal, irregular, contrary to settled principle of law and also violative of principles of natural justice, consequently direct the 5th respondent not interfere in civil dispute in any manner in regarding to my landed property in an extent of Ac.3.25 cents in R.S.No.206/B of Bodapadu Village, Markapur Mandal, Prakasam District and pass.…” 2. Heard Sri Ramakrishna Akurathi, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home on written instructions would submit that one Sri Poreddy Nagireddy gave a complaint before the Superintendent of Police on 31.07.2023 and the same was forwarded to the Sub Divisional Police Officer, Prakasam District. The respondent-police called the petitioner for preliminary enquiry only. But the petitioner did not turn up for preliminary enquiry and no crime has been registered against the petitioner. He would further submit that the police are not interfering in the civil disputes between petitioner and the unofficial respondent. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that recording the same, the petition may be disposed of. 5. Recording the above said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the police are directed not to call the petitioner to the police station since no crime has been registered against the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs.
