Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents. 2. The petitioner claims that she is the owner of 150 square meter land over Gata No.119 having total area of about 0.0684 hectare situated at Village Jiratmatan @ Narayandas Ka Pura, Pargana Jhunsi, Tehsil Phoolpur, District Prayagraj. It is submitted that some bhoomafias have illegally dispossessed the petitioner and encroached upon the land of petitioner. The petitioner in this respect has given representation to the respondent-authority under the Government Order dated 01.05.2017 which confers jurisdiction on the authorities constituted under the said Government Order to enquire into the matter and pass suitable orders. 3. Learned Standing Counsel submits that no useful purpose would be served in keeping the writ petition pending and appropriate direction may be issued to the respondent no.2 to consider the grievance of the petitioner. 4. In such view of the fact, we disposed off the writ petition permitting the petitioner to file a fresh representation alongwith certified copy of this order annexing therewith all the necessary Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Anil Kumar Mishra Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C. Smt. Sunita Devi .....Petitioner(s) State Of U.P. And 4 Others .....Respondent(s) documents before the respondent no.2-District Magistrate, Prayagraj within a period of one month from today. On submitting the representation, the respondent no.2 shall act in accordance with law and decide the claim of the petitioner in accordance with the Government Order dated 01.05.2017 after giving due notice and opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as other concerned persons within a period of two months thereafter.
