Apart from the appeal being belated suffering from being time barred by 207 days which remains unexplained, it is informed that similar D.B. Special Appeal Writ Nos.1172/2022, 982/2022, 988/2022 & 991/2022 have been dismissed as having become infructuous, as the order of the learned Single Judge has been complied with. 2. We do not find any reason to differ from the view taken by the learned Single Judge which has been upheld and complied with in the aforesaid appeals. There is no occasion for allowing the appellant in the present appeal not to comply with the order. 3.
