The court while directing issue of notice to the Respondents herein to show cause as to why this application should not be complied with, made the following order.(The receipt of this order will be deemed to be the receipt of notice in the case). The Court made the following ORDER: The present petition is filed seeking to relax the condition No.ii; imposed by the coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 04.11.2025 in Crl.P.No.10630 of 2025. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor on behalf of the State.
