This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner under Article 227 of the Constitution of India with a challenge to order [2025:RJ-JP:39794] (2 of 2) [CW-1074/2025] dated 06.12.2024 whereby the prayer of the petitioner for ad- interim relief was rejected. 2. After arguing at some length, counsel for the petitioner made a limited prayer that the TI application is pending before the court below since 25.11.2024 wherein the defendants have already filed reply, that application may be ordered to be decided in a stipulated period. 3. Having taken into consideration the limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner and the fact that TI application is pending before the court below since 25.11.2024, this Court feels that the ends of justice would meet if the directions are issued to the court below to decide the TI application at earliest. 4. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to Senior Civil Judge and Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Reengus, Sikar to decide the TI application No. 139/2024 as early as possible preferably within a period of 4 months from the date of submission of certified copy of this order.
