The appellant has preferred this appeal for grant of Anticipatory Bail, apprehending his arrest in connection with Crime No. 131/2025, registered at Police Station - Jaynagar, District – Surajpur (C.G.) for alleged commission of offence punishable under Sections 318(4), 3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 10 of the Chhattisgarh Protection of Depositors (Interest) Act, 2005.

2 the appellant, as the same is not maintainable in view of the provisions contained in Section 15 of the Chhattisgarh Protection of Depositors (Interest) Act, 2005, to which learned counsel for the appellant could not waive out the preliminary objection raised by learned State counsel.

Learned counsel for the appellant could not waive out the preliminary objection raised by the learned State counsel, hence, the present appeal of the appellant – Ruksana Khatun @ Ruvina, for grant of Anticipatory Bail, apprehending his arrest in connection with Crime No. 131/2025, registered at Police Station - Jaynagar, District – Surajpur (C.G.) for alleged commission of offence punishable under Sections 318(4), 3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 10 of the Chhattisgarh Protection of Depositors (Interest) Act, 2005, is dismissed as not maintainable, in view of Section 15 of the Chhattisgarh Protection of Depositors (Interest) Act, 2005.
