Aggrieved by the same, the present appeal was preferred by the father. 2. Ms. V.Sowmya, learned counsel representing Sri K.Jyothi Prasad, learned counsel for the appellant submits that during pendency of the appeal, the minor child attained majority. 3. Since the minor child now attained majority, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
