This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“.... to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of a writ of mandamus declaring the in action of the respondents 2 and 3 in granting permission for the events such as Western and Classical dances with orchestra, procession with garagalu etc. while conducting Poleramma Jathara and Sri Venkateswara Swamy Kalyana Mahostavam at Maruteru, Penumantra Mandal, W.G.District, AP from 26-03-2022 to 13-04- 2022 in spite of the representation dt.08-03-2022 as highly illegal, arbitrary exercise of power and contrary to law and consequently

direct the respondents 2 and 3 to kindly consider the representation dt.08-03-2022 by granting permission for conducting the said programme if necessary by giving police protection and not to interfere with our right to conduct jathara in a religious manner.”
2. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that nothing survives for adjudication in the Writ Petition and the matter has become infructuous.
3. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
