THIS WRIT PETITION, COMING ON FOR ORDERS, THIS DAY, ORDER WAS MADE THEREIN AS UNDER: CORAM: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE SURAJ GOVINDARAJ ORAL ORDER 1. The petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs; i. “Issue a writ or order or direction, directing the respondents to consider the reply submissions dated: 04.11.2024 vide Annexure- H and release the sale deed dated 24.07.2024 vide Annexure-D by accepting the stamp duty paid by the petitioner. ii. Issue any other order as deemed fit by this Hon’ble Court in the facts and circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice.” 2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the sale deed which had been presented by the petitioner on 25.07.2024 is yet to be registered. Despite the petitioner having submitted his representation, no order has been passed in the said matter. 3. In that view of the matter, I pass the following: - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:39545 WP No. 31968 of 2024 ORDER i. I.A.No.1/2025 is allowed. ii. The writ petition is allowed. iii. A mandamus is issued, directing Respondent No.3 to consider the submissions made by the petitioner and to pass necessary order either registering or refusing to register the document presented. Needless to say, if a refusal order is passed, reasons have to accompany. iv. The orderw to be passed within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
