It appears that neither Hidco nor State of West Bengal filed any affidavit-in-opposition against the writ petition. Considering the submission, let the affidavit-in- opposition filed by State as well as the Hidco be placed on record positively within two weeks after Puja vacation. 2 The State as well as the Hidco is directed to serve an advance copy of the affidavit-in-opposition prior to the Puja vacation.
