No.179/2021 even though obtaining orders against him from the Principal Junior Civil Judge Court, Punganur as arbitrary, illegal and contrary to law, and violation of the provisions of the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007 and Rules 2011 and consequently direct the Respondents No. 3 to 6 to considering the Petitioners F-Line Application No.FSNVOI2500842586, on 01.10.2025 and rectify the Revenue records in respect of the Petitioners land admeasuring an extent of Ac.0-60 cents in Sy. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that despite submitting an F- Line application dated 01.10.2025 seeking for surveyand fixation of boundaries of the subject land, no action has been taken so far.
