ORDER:-
The petitioners filed the present writ petition against the 2nd respondent, alleging threat of demolition of the petitioners’ property and dispossession of the petitioners from their houses. 2. On 15.10.2025, this Court directed the respondents not to interfere with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the petitioners’ property. 3. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent, on written instructions, submits that an enquiry was ordered with regard to the allotment of plots in the 3rd respondent Society by the District Collector, East Godavari District, and that the enquiry is under process. It is also submitted that the building permissions were sanctioned by the 2nd respondent after receiving the applications from the petitioners and also based on the title deeds submitted by the petitioners. It is also stated in the written instructions that the respondent Corporation has not issued any notice for demolition nor has resorted to any action of demolition. It is stated that the petitioners had approached this Court only under apprehension. 4. Considering the submissions, this writ petition is disposed off, making it clear to the respondent authorities not to dispossess the petitioners or demolish the properties of the petitioners without following the due process of law.
