The present application has been filed by the applicant seeking following relief: “In the facts and circumstances of the above-noted case, and in the interest of justice, it is therefore most respectfully prayed that the Hon’ble Court be pleased to direct the respondent to proceed with the handing over of possession, and execution of the lease deed with respect to the allotted plot of land on the basis of the diary number of the filing of pay-order of Rs.20,000/- with the Registrar of this Hon’ble Court as directed by this Hon’ble Court vide its order dated 14.09.2001 passed in W.P. (C) No.3678/1999, and not to take any coercive actions against the petitioner, including This is a digitally signed order. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant submits that the writ petition of the petitioner was disposed of by this Court vide order dated 27.02.2025 directing the respondent/DDA to consider the writ petition as a representation and decide the same in accordance with law within a period of four weeks. 3. He submits that pursuant to the said order, the petitioner was called upon by the DDA to supply certain documents which were duly supplied by petitioner with vide letter dated 08.04.2025. 4. He submits that another letter dated 23.04.2025 was received from the DDA asking the petitioner to show the original receipt of Rs. 20,000 which he had deposited in the Registry of this Court in terms of order dated 14.09.2001 passed in W.P. (C) 3678/1999. 5. He submits that an amount of Rs. 20,000/- was deposited by the applicant vide Diary No.23820 dated 28.09.2001. 6. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent/DDA submits that DDA has also sent letter to the Registry of this Court seeking clarification as to the deposit of the alleged amount.
